摘要: How eucaryotic cells respond to growth signals is a topic of considerable interest. Though much attention has focused on second messenger pathways, in recent years, progress been made elucidating the transcriptional events that lie more distally signal transduction process. Indeed, mitogens regulate induction several genes without need for de novo protein synthesis. A subset these so-called cellular immediate-early encode transcription factors. This review focuses early response group zinc finger These are also induced by diverse agents contexts outside cell growth. Thus, their characterization should provide important insights into how responses extracellular mediated.
