摘要: TBG, prealbumin, and albumin represent the major thyroid hormone transport proteins in blood (1), but other interact with hormones, although their physiological role is still unclear (2). We have recently reported purification of a novel T4-binding protein from human serum, called 27 K for its apparent molecular weight SDS-PAGE (3). In present paper we show that synthesized secreted by hepatoma (Hep G2) cells, partially characterize it both whole-cell cell-free systems.
