摘要: Purpose: Bacteria-based tumor-targeted therapy is a modality of growing interest in anticancer strategies. Imaging bacteria specifically targeting and replicating within tumors using radiotracer techniques optical imaging can provide confirmation successful colonization malignant tissue.
