摘要: Abstract This paper evaluates the effect of long-term intake a hydrolysate egg white with pepsin (HEW), potent angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitory activity, on development hypertension spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR). After being weaned, male 3-week-old SHR were randomly divided into five groups that given until 20th week life following drinking fluids: (1) tap water, (2) non-treated 1 g/kg/day, (3) captopril 100 mg/kg/day, (4) HEW 0.5 and (5) g/kg/day.
