摘要: This paper evaluates the effects of short- (1 g/kg) and long-term (0.5 1 g/kg/day) oral intake egg white hydrolysed with pepsin (hEW) (EW) on local angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) activities in plasma other tissues spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR), as compared to effect ACE inhibitor prototype captopril.
