摘要: SPATA17 is a new testis-specific-expressed gene that involved in Spermatogenesis process. Previous studies show was acceleration of cell apoptosis GC-1 lines. To further investigate specific roles vivo, we generated transgenic mice which the human expressed specifically spermatocytes using phosphoglycerate kinase 2 (PGK2) promoter. The did not any significant defect gross testicular anatomy as well fertility. However, increase observed defective spermatogenic cells, such apoptotic cells mice. These results revealed elevated production protein disturbed normal development male germ cells.
