摘要: Epithelial cell adhesion molecule is overexpressed in bladder tumours and released from cancer cells vitro. We test the hypotheses that urinary EpCAM could act as a biomarker for primary detection risk stratification. was measured by ELISA urine 607 patients with 53 non-cancer controls. Mann–Whitney tests ROC analyses were used to determine statistical significance discrimination between controls different stages grades of disease. Multivariable modelling Kaplan–Meier prognostic significance. The structure investigated western blotting mass spectrometry. Urinary levels increase stage grade cancer.
