摘要: Diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging (DWI) is increasingly being used to assess tumour response a variety of anticancer treatments. The technique quick perform without the need for administration exogenous contrast medium, and enables apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) tissues be quantified. Studies have shown that ADC increases in treatments including chemotherapy, radiotherapy, minimally invasive therapies novel therapeutics. In this article, we review rationale applying DWI assessment, evidence measurements relation specific some practical considerations using evaluate treatment response.
