摘要: Immunoglobulin light chain amyloidosis (AL) is characterized by a limited clonal expansion of plasma cells and amyloid formation. Here, we report restriction in the diversity VL gene usage with dominance clonally related B peripheral blood (PB) isotype-specific repertoire AL patients. A rigorous quantification lineage trees reveals presence intraclonal variations PB clones compared to bone marrow (BM) clones, which suggests common precursor that still subject somatic mutation. When normal BM cells, showed significant but incomplete impairment antigenic selection, could not be detected conventional R S mutation analysis. Therefore, graphical analysis cell mathematical tree properties provide novel insights into process evolution AL.
