摘要: Persons with HIV can often present cognitive disorders such as those related to executive functioning, which could affect the daily life activities. The study was designed explore predictive relationship between functions according Miyake's model and basic instrumental skills of everyday functioning in a group persons (PWH). Participants were recruited from outpatient treatment Hospital assessed using neuropsychological battery, modified version Lawton Brody activities (ADL) scale Anxiety Depression Scale (HADS). results showed low score function significant patients, set-shifting being one most powerful predictors. processes particularly set-shifting, are level required for independent living community, but not home. This seems suggest utility assessing preventive measure development dependencies normal focus interdisciplinary interventions.
