摘要: ABSTRACTTranscranial electric stimulation (tES), comprising transcranial direct current (tDCS) and alternating (tACS), involves applying weak electrical to the scalp, which can be used modulate membrane potentials thereby modify neural activity. Critically, behavioural or perceptual consequences of this modulation provide evidence for a causal role activity in stimulated brain region observed outcome.
