摘要: Hydroxyapatite (HAP) ceramics was tested for the first time possibility of being used as a new carrier immobilisation yeast cells that are both model organisms eukaryotic cell investigations and producers, which is important in classical modern biotechnological processes. It shown under typical conditions (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) has no affinity to HAP ceramics. A novel method developed. This includes joint incubation with cells, sedimentation adhesion on dehydration obtained preparations. stages strongly depend value electron work function surface. An increase this value, corresponds higher negative charge surface, correlates immobilisation. The stage stably fixes Experiments immobilised have efficiency using these preparations biotechnologies linked purification wastewaters from heavy metals.
