摘要: Specific anti-actin and anti-myosin antibodies were shown to react in single double immunofluorescence sandwich tests with identical sites non-muscle cells frozen sections of tissues cultured cells. In tissues, both reacted liver cell membranes, parts renal glomeruli, brush borders peritubular fibrils tubules, brain synaptic junctions, membranes lymphoid thymic medulla, lymph nodes spleen. Both strongly long parallel cytoplasmic fibroblasts, disrupted cytochalasin-B treated neuroblastoma gave prominent staining growth cones microspikes.
