摘要: The ordered weighted averaging (OWA) is a family of multicriteria combination (aggregation) procedures. generality OWA related to its capability implement different operators by selecting appropriate order weights. By specifying suitable weights it possible change the form aggregation from minimum-type through all intermediate types including conventional linear combination, maximum-type combination. paper focuses on method and an approach for integrating geographic information system (GIS) OWA. It also discusses application GIS-OWA real-world environmental management problem that involves developing watershed strategies in Cedar Creek Ontario, Canada.
