摘要: Cadmium induces fetal death and placental necrosis in the rat following exposure late gestation. Fetal is produced despite limited accumulation of cadmium. Using direct injections cadmium, it was demonstrated that cadmium concentrations 8-fold higher than those associated with toxic maternal injection could be tolerated by fetuses. Thus, not result effects on fetus. The placentae dams treated 40 µmoles Cd/kg (subcutaneously) trophoblastic necrosis, hemorrhage congestion vascular spaces. These changes were indicative local circulatory alterations. Blood flow to reduced within 12–16 18–24 hours CdCl2, prior occurrence death.
