摘要: Sunlight is dispersed over a diffraction grating (12) formed on the surface of conducting film (14) substrate (16). The angular dispersion controls effective period so that matching spectrum plasmons (18) excited for parallel processing film. resulting carry energy to an array (20) inelastic tunnel diodes. This solar converter does not require different materials each frequency band, and sunlight directly converted electricity in efficient manner by extracting more from energetic photons.
