摘要: One of the phenomena that offers more questions in Immunology is: Why embryo, behaving like a semialogenic graft, is not rejected by mother? It known mother produces an active immunological response against fetus and, nevertheless, normal conditions, rejection does take place. In present work revision, some mechanisms are described means which specific tolerance generated towards embryo. All these interdependent and altogether they constitute safety network to avoid fetal rejection. Here effects female sex hormones on system, change profile cytokines, generation immunomodulating proteins blocking antibodies, effect expression HLA-G paper cells, Regulatory T lymphocytes, dendritic Natural Killer detailed. Also other routes embryo defends itself maternal attack described, induction apoptosis endometrium leukocytes, tryptophan iron metabolisms, inhibition complement system annexins.
