摘要: Background: This analysis was undertaken to evaluate the impact of pre-radiotherapy CEA and CA 19-9 values on clinical outcome locally advanced rectal cancer. Patients Methods: Retrospective data were collected from patients (n=203) with UICC stage II III adenocarcinomas, who underwent low anterior or abdominoperineal resection received post-operative pre-operative radiochemotherapy January 1989 until July 2002. The rates survival distant local recurrences evaluated using Kaplan-Meier analysis, Log-rank test Cox's proportional hazards (median follow-up 8 years). Multivariate used assess prognostic value 19-9. Results: 5-year actuarial for normal (n=118) elevated (n=88) as follows: overall 62.4% 32.0% (p<0.001), control 73.5% 55.0% (p=0.007), absence metastasis 83.3% 88.0% (n.s.), respectively. Similar results obtained (n=82) (n=10) values: 60.7% 14.0% 83.7% 80.0% 64.9% 75.0% After adjustment TNM stage, sex, age, LDH, tumor site grading, elevation proved be an independent factor (relative risk 1.01 per ng/ml, CI 1.002 - 1.01; p=0.005). Conclusion: study confirmed in carcinoma.
