摘要: Escherichia coli cells are dependent on the anionic phospholipid phosphatidylglycerol for cell growth. Introduction into of ability to make phosphatidylinositol did not suppress need naturally occurring phosphatidylglycerol. Therefore, requirement must be more than maintenance proper membrane surface charge.
