摘要: Abstract Low temperature AC conductivity studies on melt quenched xAgI-(1 − x) AgPO3 glass electrolytes are presented. It is observed that doped glasses show Jonscher power law behavior at all temperatures, however, undoped also shows superlinear frequency-dependent very low temperatures apart from the usual behavior. This in not yet reported literature. The Summerfield scaling used to demonstrate and have different physical origins as followed regime. Moreover, of indicates conduction mechanisms slightly glasses. However, provides only qualitative information about mechanisms. spectra can be merged into a super-master curve except transition zone (where starts dominating over DC conductivity) where master plots do merge.
