摘要: There are many obstacles in the path of effective allergy management, general, and allergic rhinitis (AR) control, particular. Chief among them are: insufficient symptom relief some patients provided by currently considered first-line AR treatments real life; an over-reliance on randomized controlled trials to direct guideline recommendations; need for a broader interpretation evidence base (to include real-life studies); poorly designed interpreted studies; lack control concept common language control. These controversies fully reviewed here challenging solutions have been presented.
