摘要: The purpose of this paper is to examine current health care literature (1980–2000) regarding the microbiology home environment, summarize evidence transmission within home, and assess effectiveness cleaning practices products. particularly kitchen bathroom, serves as a reservoir large numbers microorganisms, Enterobacteriacae, and infectious disease has been demonstrated occur in 6–60% households which one member ill. Current food preparation provide multiple opportunities for intra-household spread. Routine often sufficient, but cases household infection, may not adequately reduce environmental contamination. disinfectants varies considerably depends on how they are used well their intrinsic efficacy. behavioral aspects infection prevention (e.g., foodhandling practices) warrant increased public attention education.
