摘要: The Frankfurt Complaint Questionnaire (FCQ) is a self-assessment instrument designed to evaluate the subjective experiences (SE) of psychotic patients. It composed 98 yes-no items grouped in ten phenomenological subscales. original validation FCQ included factor analysis with four-factor structure. No further studies validity have been carried out. present study aimed replicate structure Spanish sample. sample was 286 consecutively admitted patients due recrudescence their symptoms. They were evaluated through semistructured interview for schizophrenia and diagnosed according DSM-III-R criteria. Organic mental disorders excluded. Sixteen who failed fulfill finally comprised 270 A comprising 25 factors found. first obtained highest explained variance, most load on factor. These results strongly suggest unidimensionality underlying items. new scale 18 derived from those higher weights SE presented Likert format demonstrate frequency intensity more clearly.
