摘要: The Frankfurt Complaint Questionnaire (FCQ) is a widely used method to investigate non-psychotic subjective experiences of schizophrenics. Less known about its dimensional structure. Therefore, principal components analyses (PCA) were conducted with the FCQ data 505 schizophrenics and 187 alcoholics. Furthermore, results former analysis using item-to-item comparisons between alcoholics examined. PCA yielded two factors called 'dysphoric concomitants severe illness particularly impairing concentration' 'subjective perceptual uncertainties'. Neither was specific schizophrenia. item suggest that only group eight items (subscale 'FCQ-S') schizophrenia while ten ('FCQ-A') are related more alcoholism. validity FCQ-S FCQ-A confirmed: reached high scores in low FCQ-A; scored FCQ-S; an additional alcohol disorder both subscales. It concluded direct seem be promising for identification phenomena which characteristic
