摘要: The Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS) was originally designed as a rating system that provides balanced representation of positive negative symptom features. Evidence from recent factor-analytic studies suggests five-dimensional solution appears to best fit the psychopathological data assessed with PANSS. To investigate dimensional structure, we administered PANSS 253 inpatients schizophrenia. In accordance former studies, principal components analyses yielded five orthogonal dimensions: hostile excitement; negative, cognitive, syndrome; depression. When compared questionnaires measuring subjective nonpsychotic experiences schizophrenia, paranoid mood, depression, correlation pattern verifies components. addition, investigated subsample 70 male patients Continuous Performance Test (CPT), Span Apprehension Task, Modality Shift Effect (MSE) paradigm; CPT significantly associated cognitive syndrome, MSE correlated syndrome.
