摘要: Abstract Despite abundant literature from beyond the conservation sector on learning failure, few studies examine professionals, their teams, and organizations. Using Theory of Planned Behavior to investigate drivers professionals' intentions engage in failure behaviors, we found that professionals who intend participate activities are influenced by perceptions social norms. Higher levels psychological safety were strengthen positive relationship between self-efficacy behaviors with a higher degree interpersonal risk, whereas lower undermined high self-efficacy. Organizations seeking empower those confident they can learn must recognize key role plays supporting such individuals, implement team training foster safety, ensure leaders promote, own example, as an opportunity more effectively, cost-efficiently, equitably deliver outcomes.
