摘要: Our earlier studies have shown that heavy alcohol intake increases the serum concentration of HDL2. The present study aimed to test which HDL subfraction is affected by moderate intake, and examine time- dose-dependency alcohol-induced changes in lipoproteins. Therefore, 30 or 60 g day-1 were given 10 healthy male volunteers during two 3-week periods separated an abstinence period 3 weeks. Lipoproteins fractioned sequential flotation. On both doses total HDL3 concentrations rose progressively, maximum being 25% at end respective drinking periods. In contrast, HDL2 increased slightly only on dose day-1. apoprotein A-I A-II but significantly day-1; increments 22 35%, respectively. basis these our findings we conclude (i) effects HDL-subfractions are different: former preferentially whereas latter augments HDL3; (ii) lipoproteins dose-dependent.
