摘要: The knowledge of important parameters for honey characterization is an increasing requirement consumers and the industry. In this respect, differentiation between blossom honeys some honeydew still unresolved task. This study includes results physicochemical melissopalynological analysis 86 samples from north-western Spain. relationship microscopic elements in honey, such as Metschnikowia cells fungal spores plant pathogens, together with their were analysed. A cluster was performed to differentiate samples. certain found be good variables enable honeys.
