摘要: Two acyl hydrazone derivatives, AHI and AHN,made from ibuprofen naproxen-derived hydrazides, were prepared studied of binding properties with serine protease trypsin by UV-vis absorption fluorescence quenching at pH 7.4. The results suggest that both hydrazones can interact strongly there are the formation trypsin-hydrazone complexes. Stern-Volmer constants, constants, binding sites corresponding thermodynamic parameters ΔH°, ΔS° ΔG° calculated different temperatures. The effect common metal ions on constants was also discussed. modes be explained basis hydrogen bonds van der Waals forces. distance(r) ~3 nm between donor (trypsin) acceptors (AHI AHN) obtained according to Forster's non-radiative energy transfer theory. Moreover, LOD LOQ in presence trypsin.
