摘要: Adipose tissue plays a key role in the regulation of energy balance. Energy rich free fatty acids are continuously stored as triglycerides fat cells through esterification and released from adipose hydrolysis (lipolysis) triglycsrides adipocytes. Triglycerides blood can be exchanged lipoprotein lipase cells, which breaks down triglyceride lipoproteins (mainly very low density type) into glycerol. Free then taken up by esterified to triglycerides, they again lipolysis. Fatty leaving bound albumin thereafter transported liver, where used substrate for incorporation lipoproteins. Small changes turnover rate may long-term cause marked alterations plasma leading hypertriglyceridemia and/or obesity.
