摘要: Optical, electrical and discharge product measurements were performed in order to reveal the behaviour of metastables a surface dielectric barrier (DBD) driven N2 with small NO admixtures modulated ac regime. Metastable species detected both thin plasma layer space afterglow through induced emission optical?optical double resonance laser fluorescence, respectively. Basically, observed follow current oscillations layer, while they evolve on millisecond time scale due diffusion afterglow. Emission spectrometry provides rough estimation average metastable concentration ~9 ? 1013?cm?3. Fluorescence then allow an upper ?1 1012?cm?3.
