摘要: A stepwise analysis of the Cronbach Alpha Coefficient (CAC) was performed on five large samples adults and young children, in order to choose ''minimum'' set items a handedness scale which gives maximum reliability. In adults, with 12 has nearly same or even better CAC than other scales more items; so, choice 10 seems be adequate. For eight quite reliable but it is not impossible that including would lead slight increase CAC. The controversial usefulness precise assessment ''general factor'' (the first principal component) generated by questionnaires its J-shaped distribution general population are discussed.
