摘要: From an oncological and immunological perspective, the T-cell-mediated induction of psoriatic plaques should be prone to malignant transformation as phenotype includes: chronic inflammation, epidermal hyperplasia, prolonged survival elevated telomerase levels in lesional keratinocytes, well angiogenesis, exposure carcinogens immunosuppressants. However, conversion a plaque squamous cell carcinoma is exceedingly rare. This paper explores possible molecular mechanism for tumor suppressor pathway lesions, with emphasis on putative senescence-switch involving p16.
