摘要: Mouse somatic cells lacking thymidine kinase were mixed in culture with human diploid hypoxanthine guanine phosphoribosyl transferase, and hybrid isolated maintained a selective medium containing hypoxanthine, aminopterin, thymidine. The at the time of isolation had karyotypes consisting predominantly mouse chromosomes but one chromosome, submetacentric member group E, apparently giving to cell. However, after long-term propagation this chromosome has been lost, although continue show activity as demonstrated by incorporation 3H-thy-midine into DNA have only electro-phoretic variants for glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase, lactate malate suggesting that genetic loci these enzymes are not represented genome may be unlinked kinase.
