We suggest similar need before chronic form can successfully treated. Currently, diagnosis treatment hindered by lack uniform case definition adequately reflects clinical presentation disease, poor test sensitivity, high failure rates using short-term monotherapy. Consequently optimal patients with persistent symptoms remains undefined. Although antibiotic monotherapy has been successful treating early use therapy modelled on appears effective infection.
