摘要: α-Synuclein (α-Syn) is a major component of protein inclusions known as Lewy bodies, which are hallmarks synucleinopathies such Parkinson's disease (PD). The α-Syn gene one the familial PD-causing genes and also associated with an increased risk sporadic PD. Numerous studies using expressing transgenic animals have indicated that plays critical role in common pathogenesis synucleinopathies. Drosophila melanogaster has several advantages for modeling human neurodegenerative diseases widely used studying their pathomechanisms therapies. In fact, models already been established proven to replicate features this paper, we review current research on and, moreover, explore possibilities these comprehensive genetic analyses large-scale drug screening towards elucidating molecular developing therapies
