摘要: Abstract Cancer is a group of diseases involving abnormal cell growth; most cases cancer can be cured with surgery, radiotherapy or chemotherapy if they are detected at an early stage. Chemotherapy the common approach, but it responsible for various types acute and long-term side effects, which significantly affect patient’s quality life. Nanoscale level research promises to offer new hopes address some confounding human molecular significant improvements in disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment cancer. Researchers have been creating nanoformulations nanodevices, delivery therapeutic agents imaging therapy respectively. Development lipid-based nanoparticulate systems that improved chemotherapeutic through increased solubility sustained retention times area intense focus therapy. Moreover, active targeting lipid nanoparticles surface conjugation by tumor-specific antibodies ligands enhances efficacy reduces toxicity. Multifunctional exciting advances nanomedicine; image tumor mass deliver simultaneously.
