摘要: Objective: The purpose of this study is to grasp the fundamental structure incident occurrence in nuclear organizations based on system thinking, and analyze how various causes are interrelated terms causal loop diagram. Background: recent domestic overseas power plant-related incidents accidents directly or indirectly associated with safety culture, thus effective plans for improvement culture being called for. While a plant highly dependent upon technology equipment, utilization, maintenance inspection equipment conducted by workers plant. Method: Methodology thinking perspective using analysis. Results: As result analysis, first, it turned out that cause time constraint. Second, if workload increases, their adherence regulations procedures comes be reduced due Third, needed, through organizational learning education, increase actions made from thoughts considering as utmost priority advance. Fourth, necessary improve professionalism enhancing educational programs new workers, develop scenarios which they can cope certain situations. Application: This paper provides base dynamics simulation model future study.
