摘要: Background: Gastric carcinoma is characterized by numerous genetic and epigenetic alterations that influence cell cycle progression, apoptosis, DNA repair. These include down-regulation of the cyclin-dependent kinase (CDK) inhibitors p21WAF1/CIP1 p27Kip1, mutations tumor suppressor protein p53 adhesion molecule E-cadherin. Combined evaluation prognostic significance these has not been reported in Mexican Mestizo patients so far.
