摘要: The analgesic efficacy of an arginine salt ibuprofen was compared to one the commercially available forms conventional in a 500-patient clinical trial postoperative dental pain. Patients were administered single dose arginate (200 mg or 400 mg), placebo this double-blind, randomized, parallel-group trial. Results demonstrated that safe and effective analgesia superior both amount pain relief achieved time onset relief. Onset analgesia, assessed as median achieve meaningful relief, reached after 32 31 minutes with 200 mg, respectively, 64 58 respectively (p < 0.05). treated rated its overall effectiveness higher than those patients ibuprofen. Adverse event profiles similar across all treatment groups.
