摘要: Cisplatin is a potent antineoplastic agent widely used for variety of cancer types. Unfortunately, its use leads to dose limiting side effects such as ototoxicity. Up 93% patients receiving cisplatin chemotherapy will develop progressive and irreversible sensorineural hearing loss which decreased quality life in survivors. No treatment currently available cisplatin-induced It appears that causes apoptosis by binding DNA, activating the inflammatory cascade well generating oxidative stress cell. Various studies have aimed assess potential protective compounds antioxidants, anti-inflammatories, caspase inhibitors, anti-apoptotic agents calcium channel blockers against toxicity caused inner ear with variable degrees protection. Nevertheless, pathophysiology ototoxicity remains unclear. This review summarizes all known transporters could play role influx, leading The following were evaluated: copper transporters, organic cation transient receptor family, channels, multidrug resistance associated proteins, mechanotransduction channels chloride channels.
