摘要: Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL)/small lymphoma (SLL) is a mature B-cell neoplasm in which the neoplastic cells commonly coexpress CD5 and CD23. Morphologically immunophenotypically, of CLL are identical to those nodal-based SLL, two entities thought represent different manifestations same disease. The term SLL now applied rigorously patients who have tissue involvement by that represents CLL/SLL, but without evidence leukemic component.
