摘要: Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and small lymphoma (SLL) are B-cell lymphoproliferative disorders characterized by a proliferation of mature-appearing but functionally incompetent lymphocytes. The result this is an accumulation lymphocytes that progressively infiltrate the lymph nodes, bone marrow, liver, spleen. CLL SLL classified World Health Organization as same disease entity [1]. They identical histologically immunophenotypically, their manifestation different: manifests primarily in peripheral blood or marrow nodes.
