摘要: To identify features which determine the papillary nature of breast lesions by contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) based on morphological and pathological correlations, predict papillomas are malignant. A retrospective review 47 51 hypervascular benign abnormalities was performed. Enhancement patterns diagnostic performance CEUS were assessed. The most frequent finding in perilesional linear ductal enhancement (87.2 %) followed heterogeneous (80.9 %), presence perfusion defects (66 %). Among all descriptors, a pattern effective feature to discriminate between lesions. Using this criterion, positive negative predictive value for papilloma 100 % 89.5 %, respectively. correlated with origin. distinctive associated atypical or malignant non-confluent enhancement, late overall wash-out, regional defect, clumped vascular pattern, peripheral radial penetrating vessels. sensitivity, specificity, values predicting malignancy 91.7 %, 82.6 %, 84.6 % 90.5 %, provided characteristic could be helpful identifying potentially papillomas. • Papillary display appearance CEUS. Adding conventional US helps may potential malignancies among
