摘要: The aim of this study was to analyze the features non-mass breast lesions (NMLs) on B-mode ultrasound (US), color Doppler US, strain elastography (SE) and contrast-enhanced (CEUS) develop a multimode ultrasonic method for NML differentiation. Seventy-one NMLs were included in retrospective study. Binary logistic regression used identify independent risk factors. Pathology results as standard criterion. Microcalcification high stiffness SE hyper-enhanced intensity CEUS identified correlated with malignancy. A evaluate based developed. sensitivity specificity US + Doppler, US + SE, US + CEUS 100% 29%, 92.5% 41.9%, 97.5% 58.1%, 90.0% 58.1% 95.0% 77.4%, respectively. accuracy these methods 69.0%, 70.4%, 80.2%, 76.1% 87.3%, is simple exhibited diagnostic performance, which might be helpful predicting potential malignancy NMLs.
