Qualitative, quantitative and combination score systems in differential diagnosis of breast lesions by contrast-enhanced ultrasound.

摘要: Abstract Objective To assess the feasibility of score systems in differential diagnosis breast lesions by contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS). Methods CEUS was performed 121 patients with 127 Philips iU22 Sonovue as contrast agent. Pearson Chi-square χ 2 test, binary logistic regression analysis and Student’s t -test are used to identify significant parameters diagnosis. Based on these parameters, qualitative, quantitative combination were built scoring 1 for benign characteristic malignant characteristic. Receiver operating (ROC) curve applied evaluate diagnostic efficacy different analytical methods. Results Pathological results showed 41 86 lesions. Qualitative that there differences enhancement degree, order, internal homogeneity, margin, surrounding vessels enlargement diameters ( P  P Z test area under ROC system statistically smaller than other systems. Conclusions Quantitative helps little improving CEUS. While qualitative improves performance greatly discrimination The application could develop which is clinically promising.
