摘要: The arginine test is highly useful in the evaluation of short-stature children and adolescents. Extravasation can cause full-thickness skin necrosis that requires serious surgical intervention with aesthetic functional sequellea. authors describe a case distal forearm caused by extravasation was treated wide debridement combination groin flap later split-thickness graft. emphasize need for early active management injuries.
