摘要: Decidualization of the endometrium and endometriosis involves morphological biochemical reprogramming estrogen-primed proliferative stromal compartment under continuing influence progesterone. Here, we evaluated involvement microRNA in decidualization processes normal endometrial cells (NESCs) endometriotic cyst (ECSCs). In vitro NESCs ECSCs was induced by long-term culture with a combination 0.5 mmol/L dibutyryl cyclic adenosine monophosphate 100 nmol/L dienogest. We investigated effect on messenger RNA (mRNA) expression profiles using global microarray techniques an Ingenuity Pathways Analysis. differentially enhanced miR-30a-5p miR-210 ECSCs. The correlated increased mRNA Kruppel-like factor 9 period circadian clock 3 as well decreased tolloid-like 1, 2, paired-like homeodomain 1. growth hormone receptor thymidine kinase Although there is no direct evidence, speculate that loss miR-30a-5p-mediated mechanisms acquisition miR-210-mediated may be involved progesterone resistance endometriosis. Further investigations are necessary to test this speculation.
