摘要: The paper reviews the current state of employee ownership in Britain. It discusses various forms ownership, highlighting trust-owned, directly-owned, and hybrid forms. then considers influences on development finding that political support is strongest but not only influence activity. highlights variations governance characteristics employee-owned firms, links these to circumstances conversion. Four main groups firms are identified: conversions arising from privatisation, business succession, owners concerns share start-ups.
