摘要: DRUG dependence can occur in organisms as far apart bacteria1 and man, even isolated preparations of cells2 or muscle3. The theory proposed here is intended to explain the genesis mammals on addictive drugs, such morphine; but there seems no reason why it might not apply drug other tolerance towards non-addictive drugs. This explanation based concept Ehrlich4 that a chemical substance acts living system through its molecules becoming attached particular sites (receptors) cells. It uses following aspects receptor theory, which are be found pharmacological literature connexions.
